Latitude Maps

Is there an online site that will draw me a custom map based on a range of latitude and longitude entries?

I want to see all cities that fall within a certain range of latitude and longitudes. Is there an online application (FREE preferred) that will allow me to do this? Thanks!

1. ArcExplorer will allow you to choose entitied within a box select. You can find the shapefiles you need almost anywhere online.
