How can you use your shadow to find the latitude and longitude of your location?
I have a project and we were given a photo and have to find the location of the photo. It was taken on March 22 and the time of the photo is 12:56. The people have a shadow of about four feet long and its almost directly in front of them. I need to know how I can find the latitude and longitude of this location using the shadow.

- You can't
- The shadow gives you a hint. You would have to be somewhere near England because shadow is in front of you therefore the sun is behind you and it's length will tell you a lot, so get figuring! Spring in Northern hemisphere, maybe? You will need tables of Sun and Earth declinations etc.
