what angle do the lines of latitude and longitude intersect?
on a map, or the globe the lines of latitude and longitude are usually curved so at what angle do they intersect?

- 90 degrees.
- 90 degrees , just look at your globe!
- At the exact place where they intersect, the latitude line is running exactly east-west, and the longitude line is running exactly north-south, so the angle is 90 degrees. If you get any distance away from the exact point of intersection, the curvature of the longitude lines changes the angle. I have no clue what the formula for figuring out the change might be.
- It's always 90 degrees. On a globe you can see that, but on a flat map it might appear that the angles are different, but they aren't. They are still 90 degrees.
